what is coaching anyway ?
Imagine a library where books haven’t been organised in any particular way, with no librarian in sight. You technically have all the knowledge you need at your finger tips to make informed decisions and take action, but you cannot actually access it.
I will act as the librarian, asking the right questions and using the relevant tools to help you access your inner resources. This is what coaching is in a nutshell. Many of the techniques used in coaching allow to bypass your rational brain to deepen your experience and expand your perspectives rather than getting stuck in your own head.
Whatever your goals are or whether they are even set yet, we will embark on this journey together to help you live a fulfilled life aligned with your values.
We can address together any personal aspects ranging from relationships to finance and health (always from a coaching lens, focusing on what is present for you in those areas; for finance or health advice please reach out to relevant professionals), anything in between as well as having a close look at your career.
Coaching is not therapy or mentoring.
You might be wondering how it differs. With coaching we focus on what is present and set a resonant course of actions for the future. We believe everyone is naturally creative, resourceful and whole so unlike mentoring the solutions come from you. Even though we will work in collaboration towards your goals. Mentoring, therapy and coaching can work in conjunction (as long as your therapist, mentor and coach are aware).
